The Columbus Free Clinic provides both long-term care and urgent care.


We do not offer immunizations, TB/STD testing, dentistry or prenatal care.

Laboratory &


The Columbus Free Clinic has an onsite laboratory that provides the following services:

  • Lipid levels
  • Hemoglobin A1C
  • Glucose levels
  • Thyroid tests
  • Inflammatory markers
  • CBC
  • Basic metabolic profiles
  • Urinalysis
  • EKGs

We are also able to obtain free x-rays and ultrasounds through Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.

The onsite pharmacy can provide free 30 day supplies of most medications. Our team of pharmacists and pharmacy students will help explain medications and answer any questions that you may have.

Social Work

Our social work team is available to speak with every client. We can also connect interested clients with Southeast, Inc for additional counseling and case management.


For clients below 200% of the federal poverty line and without insurance, we are also able to provide free and ongoing mental health counseling.

Specialty Care

Specialist appointments with Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Dermatology specialists are available for return clients. We can also help clients make outside appointments for specialty care.
